本文以流体在固定床层中流动的压力降为出发点,通过物料衡算,推导出固定吸附剂床层在降压过程中床层压力随时间变化的关系式及解吸气瞬时流量的计算式。计算结果与工程实际非常接近,并与BDCritenden等人的实验结果及所得到的关系曲线规律一致。
Abstract:The equations for calculating the instantaneous pressures and flow rates of desorption gases during depressurization of fixed adsorbent beds have been established by material balance basing on the pressure drop of fluid flowing through a fixed beds. The results are very proximate to the practice and coincide with those of B D Crittenden et al. too.
