以一种工业上常用的绿碳化硅微粉为光催化剂,对其进行预处理后,采用浸渍法对其进行NiO的负载改性,考察了预处理条件和NiO的负载量对其可见光光催化分解水产氢性能的影响。试验结果表明,绿碳化硅表面的二氧化硅对光催化分解水非常不利,经过HF溶液浸泡将表面的SiO2除去之后,相同反应条件下,产氢量可以得到显著的提高;NiO的负载不仅促进了光生电荷的分离,还影响了溶液中H+在光催化剂表面的吸附,以至反应过程中最佳pH值随着NiO负载量的增加明显升高,且在各自的最佳pH值下3种催化剂的最佳产氢量的顺序为2%(质量分数,下同)NiO/SiC>1%NiO/SiC>SiC。
Abstract:A kind of green SiC micropowder,as a potential photocatalyst,was pretreated and NiO was loaded by impregrating method.The effects of pretreatment and the loading of NiO on SiC on the photocatalytic activity of SiC to produce hydrogen from water under visible illumination were discussed.The results showed that SiO2 on the surface of green SiC suppressed the water spitting.Etching in HF aqueous solution to remove SiO2 could lead to a remarkable increase in the photocatalytic activity of SiC.Loading of NiO could accelerate the hydrogen generation,which may be attributed to the charge separation and the adsorption of H+ on SiC surface,and at each optimal pH value,the ability of these three catalysts to produce H2 was 2%NiO/SiC>1%NiO/SiC>SiC.
